Heidi Schwartz joined the law firm in August 2015 as a college intern and was hired full time shortly after earning her Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies. Over the past decade, she has built extensive experience across multiple practice areas, including estate planning, probate, civil litigation, corporate law, criminal law, real estate, and criminal prosecution.
Heidi primarily supports Attorney Mark Berglund in estate planning, probate, criminal, civil, corporate, and real estate matters, where she plays a central role in case management, client communication, document preparation, and procedural compliance. She is also a key support member of the prosecution team, providing assistance as needed across the firm’s multi-county caseload.
Outside the office, Heidi is deeply family-oriented and balances her legal career with entrepreneurship and community involvement. Her strong work ethic and commitment to service reflect the same dedication she brings to every client and case.
